About Me

Hi there, I'm Holly! I'm 26-years old and from a small town in the heart of North Carolina. I am a college graduate from UNC-Greensboro with a Bachelor's degree in English, and I am currently the Area Manager & also Store Manager for a cute, Carolina based boutique. 

Over the past few years, I have gotten the opportunity to travel with my company and continue to grow my passion for clothing. Not only do I love piecing outfits together for myself, but I love piecing together outfits for others. If there is one thing I've learned about myself through life, it's that I love making other people happy. I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life and making other's feel confident about themselves. Knowing that I put a smile on someone else's face and made someone feel great about who they are, makes it all worth it to me.

While my passion for clothing and fashion has progressed over the years, I truly love writing and reading. I'm also a dog mom to the cutest (and fluffiest) Siberian Husky named Bella. I'm an only child with two loving parents who have always encouraged me to know my worth and stay true to myself. I have an amazing boyfriend who is beyond supportive of me, and for that I am thankful. I am an extremely firm believer in my faith and I live everyday with Christ as my foundation. His love never fails.

Through this blog, I hope to inspire others and let my love for fashion, writing, and creativity become one. I want to share my personal style and show others that being unique is important. Many bloggers share a lot of the same content and products to a certain extent, and sometimes viewers may think their lives come across as picture-perfect. I want my readers to remember that fashion & lifestyle bloggers are meant to inspire you to create your own ideas and personal style. This concept is where I came up with my blog name, "The Holly J Way".  My way may not be your way, and that's okay. Everyone is different in their own unique and special way, and I want my ideas and style to inspire other's to remain true to themselves and live their own way.
